Hi Supporters,
Some of you will have received your LOOTBOX already and others are getting delivered in the coming weeks. We have had feedback that some customers were looking for paper setup instructions that were not inside. Please note when you first open the packaging there is a QR code near the handle used to remove the LOOTBOX. Please scan this with your phone to access our online help center which has a list of helpful setup topics. If you have thrown out the packaging just go here. We did this on purpose so we could update the instructions as we get our first customer product feedback.
If you feel like anything is missing from our help center topics we would love to hear from you so we can add to it and help others like you.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of receiving the first batch of LOOTBOX into Australia. A special shout-out to our friend Joel for the use of his aircraft hangar for dispatch.
You will find photos of our first unboxing experience below.
Some of you will have received your LOOTBOX already, others in Australia will get yours in the next few days. You should receive a tracking email from us too. Canada received theirs last week which is awesome and Europe/Asia should be in the next week. Unfortunately, the USA ship is running very slowly and we only just got updated that it will not arrive until the 6th August and then another 6-10 days to get from port to you if there are no further delays. So sorry to all our USA backers for the long wait, but we appreciate your patience.
This is our first production run – you are the first in the world to get a LOOTBOX! Any feedback or questions will help us continue to develop the best product possible to help families find better screen time balance.
You will notice a QR code on the box handle. This takes you to our FAQ page here with information on how to install the smart sensor app, installing chargers and other helpful tips. We will add to this page as we get your questions and insights.
We have noticed that not all LOOTBOX lids have enough friction in the hinges to hold the lid open at any angle at factory settings. We found holding the key while opening and shutting the lid to be the easiest way to ensure safe and slow closure. The hinges are adjustable with an Allen key should you wish to increase the torque; however, this involves removing the lid to access the hex screw in hinge, so not a simple process.
